Referrals
Referrals for children aged 5 to 18.
We support children with social, emotional and mental health needs and learning disabilities, and accept planned, short-term, longer-term, respite and emergency placements. Our admissions process exists to find the best match for the child and for the two or three children already living in our home.

STEP 01
Expression of interest
We acknowledge your enquiry and request the referral pack: the child's known needs, current care plan and the outcomes the placement is meant to achieve.

STEP 02
Impact risk assessment
We assess compatibility with the children already in residence under Regulation 12, then hold a matching meeting. You get a clear yes or no as quickly as we can give it — where it's a yes, a member of the team visits the child and shares the Children's Guide.
